The OP Áron HU of that Microsoft Answers thread posted that their Microsoft 365 app finally updated back to Version 2303 tonight, and when I ran another manual update in my Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 C2R this evening I was finally updated to the current Version 2303 / Build 16227.20280. Multiple users in the 0 reddit thread Microsoft Office 365 Suddenly Downgrades from Version 2303 to 2302 on Current Channel reported the same problem so it was apparently a widespread issue. I found a 1 thread in the MS Answers at Microsoft 365 Apps Don’t Update to the Latest Version from a user who found their MS 365 app appeared to roll back to Version 2302 / Build 16130.20332 and that Microsoft was aware of the issue.
